Our attorneys help clients who have been charged with drunk driving offenses. Sometimes, the charges are justified, and we do our best to guide clients through the system, negotiate favorable outcomes, and minimize the damages. In other situations, the charges are not justified or supported by law. In one recent case, our client was charged with Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) after a single-vehicle accident left him in the hospital. We obtained and reviewed discovery, including police reports and the warrant request affidavit, and determined that, in our opinion, our clients constitutional rights were violated. The trial judge agreed, and our motion to dismiss was granted.
