Misdemeanor Driving Offense Dismissed for Illinois Resident

Our driving defense team was retained by an Illinois man after he was charged with a misdemeanor crime while travelling through Jackson County on I-94. After multiple hearings, the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office decided it could not meet its burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and voluntarily dismissed the charge.
