Successful Defense of Commercial Property Dispute

Attorney Brad A. Brelinski counseled and represented a real estate developer in all stages of his recent flip of commercial property located in mid-Michigan, including the acquisition, redevelopment, and ultimately its sale to a third-party buyer. Following the sale, the buyer brought claims against the seller for alleged fraud related to the transaction, which included a demand for at least $20,000.00. Following an investigation, we responded to the demands with supporting legal precedent, and the buyer dropped the matter, resulting in no liability to our client.
