Victory at Trial in Construction Case in Jackson Court

Our client was sued in Jackson Court following a dispute with her residential contractor. Our litigation team, led by Brad A. Brelinski, filed an answer and counterclaim, outlining all of the wrongdoing by the contractor, and seeking a money judgment for our client's damages. After a multi-day trial, the Jackson Court ruled that the plaintiff's claims were entirely dismissed (no cause for action), and awarded a money judgment in our client's favor against the contractor. The contractor did not appeal.
