Brad A. Brelinski is an associate attorney with Curtis & Curtis, P.C. in Jackson, Michigan. He concentrates his legal practice on business services; litigation; criminal and traffic matters; estate planning and probate; and real estate and landlord/tenant issues.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, cum laude, in 2002 from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, where he majored in finance. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2005. While in law school, he clerked for a metro Detroit law firm; worked at and served on the Board of Directors of the Free Legal Aid Clinic; and was a member and mentor with the Student Trial Advocacy Program. After graduation, he practiced with a business, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law firm in metro Detroit. He returned to the Jackson area in January 2008 to join Curtis & Curtis, P.C. as an associate attorney.

Brad is actively involved in the local community. He serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Cascades Humane Society, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Exchange Club of Jackson. As an attorney that practices business law, Brad is heavily involved with the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce, serving on its Board of Directors and as Co-Chair of the Economic Club. Brad was elected Second Vice President of the Jackson County Bar Association; and is a member of the Midtown Association, which encourages the growth and success of downtown Jackson. In 2008, Brad was recognized by Jackson Magazine for his contributions to the community by being named to its annual 30 Under 30 list.
