Brad A. Brelinski is an associate attorney with Curtis & Curtis, P.C. in Jackson, Michigan. He concentrates his legal practice on business and corporate law; commercial litigation; creditors' rights; criminal law; estate planning; probate, trust and estate administration; and real estate.

Mr. Brelinski earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, cum laude, in 2002 from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University, where he majored in finance. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2005. While in law school, he clerked for a metro Detroit law firm; served on the Board of Directors of the Free Legal Aid Clinic; and was a member of the Student Trial Advocacy Program. After graduation, he practiced with a business and creditors’ rights law firm in Auburn Hills. He returned to the Jackson area in January 2008 to join Curtis & Curtis, P.C. as an associate attorney.

Mr. Brelinski is actively involved in the local community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Exchange Club of Jackson; is Treasurer of the Jackson County Bar Association; is a member of the Midtown Association; and sits on the Economic Club committee for the Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce. In 2008, he was recognized by Jackson Magazine for his contributions to the community by being named to the annual "30 Under 30" list.
