Do you offer free consultations?

No, we do not. We are a fee-based law firm that charges for our expertise. Firms that offer free consultations typically handle contingency cases (like personal injury), which we do not. Our initial meetings are working sessions where an attorney will analyze your situation, answer your questions, and provide actionable legal advice.

How much does an initial meeting cost?

You should expect to spend a minimum of one hour with an attorney, and the meeting is billed at that specific lawyer's hourly rate. We will confirm this exact rate with you when scheduling your appointment.

What if my issue gets resolved quickly?

If we can solve your problem or answer all your questions during the initial meeting, you will only owe the fee for that time. We strive for efficiency and often resolve straightforward matters in a single session.

What if I just have a "quick" or a "few" questions?

We are not a legal hotline standing by to answer random questions. We are a law firm providing services to clients. There are rules, such as conflicts of interest, and so our lawyers cannot simply take your phone call on a moment's notice and answer a "quick" question. See above regarding why we do not offer free consultations.

How are fees handled if I hire you for ongoing work?

Depending on your legal matter, we typically utilize hourly rates but some predictable services are charged at flat fees. The specific fee structure will be clearly outlined and agreed upon in writing before we proceed with your legal matter.
