Serving Jackson and Surrounding Communities for Over 100 Years
Brad & LuAnn,
This is outstanding news! I want to thank you both so much for you efforts. Brad, I can't tell you how great of a job you did representing me today. I truly am grateful for your work here on my behalf. I must admit I've been nervous thinking about this all day. But your news really capped off a great day! Thank you so much for all your help with this.
I would like to thank Brad and LuAnn for a job well done. I will definitely use Brad in the future and highly recommend his firm.
It's always nice to deal with a courteous and true professional. I know there's nothing about this that makes your client too happy, but you did a good job for them! (quote directed to attorney Phil Curtis from opposing counsel after settling an employment dispute).
Thank you very much for handling this case for me. You have taken a huge load off my mind and for that I am really grateful, and I will happily recommend your services to anyone who needs a lawyer in the Jackson area. Thank you so much.
I'm so glad I chose Mr. Brelinski to represent me in the Jackson County (Michigan) court. I'm extremely satisfied and appreciate your efforts, knowledge and professional skill in defending me and protecting my livelihood. I'm so happy and want to say a huge thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.
Brad does a very thorough job with contracts. He takes the time to pull all of the terms and conditions out and examine them. He is extremely analytical and presents all of the different facets of what impact the contract will have and great advice on how to proceed.
Brad handles collections enforcement against clients of our professional services firm. As a business, you try internally to collect as much as you can of what your clients owe you, but there will always be a few that just won't pay for the services you provided to them. That is where Brad comes in. Just the "threat" of a lawsuit and/or a report to the credit bureaus tends to get the money rolling in. And it is so much more effective when it comes on an attorney's letterhead. Thanks, Brad, for all you do for us.
Brad has assisted me with business matters pertaining to employment contracts. He is available to communicate by phone or email, and his work is not only complete but timely. I appreciate the fact that he is familiar with Jackson and the surrounding communities and that he explains his ideas to me clearly and concisely.
I am a small to medium size business and have worked with Brad several times for a number of different needs. Brad has always been responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable in my dealings with him and the results have always been successful and positive.
I would highly recommend attorney Brad Brelinski for legal services. His firm came recommend from numerous community connections including our local Chamber of Commerce. He was friendly and personable and easy to work with. Brad set up an LLC for my new company and explained the process clearly. He knew all of the parts and pieces required in whole that needed done and took care of the filing of those materials as well. Should I need further assistance in the future - I will continue to use Brad's expertise.
Brad worked diligently to save not only points on my driving license, but my job! Reduced my violation to 0 points and saved my job! I basically had to do nothing. Turned over my information and Brad did the rest. Great job! Thanks once again!
Mr. Brelinski did a fine job representing me in a civil matter that had the potential for a major loss. Needless to say we won and in fact he was able to get the plaintiff's case dismissed even before we presented our defense. He listened well and did his homework, ie: was well prepared.
"That is great news. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter in a way that couldn't have turned out any better." (Quote from the president of a Michigan-based international technology company sued in Washtenaw County for an alleged breach of contract, after the case was voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiff).
When I was younger, some friends and I made a foolish mistake, and I ended up with a felony on my record. It has followed me around ever since. I’ve had to disclose it and explain my actions to every educator and employer. I heard about criminal expungement and found Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski online (I now live out-of-state). I contacted them and their attorney guided me through the process, filed all the paperwork with the court, and appeared at the hearing on my behalf, all without me ever having to travel back to Jackson, Michigan. My criminal record is now expunged and I can finally move on from my immature mistake.
I was charged with drunk driving after having a few beers with dinner and, as a commercial truck driver, I was going to lose my CDL and my job. I had never been in trouble before, and as an Army veteran, I thought maybe there was a chance I would get a second chance. I was hoping, anyways. I was referred to Brad at Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski by another Jackson attorney. Brad met with me and explained the possible outcomes, and we came up with a plan so I could try and keep my job. With supporting documents in hand, Brad was able to negotiate a settlement where I could keep my CDL and job, but still accept punishment for my mistake. I’m thankful for Brad’s hard work on my behalf.
I had lost my license years ago after two drunk driving convictions when I was young and dumb. Since then, I have turned my life around, graduated from college, obtained a good job, and got married and had kids. I finally decided it was time to get my driver’s license back, and I had heard about the high failure rate, so I contacted Brad to help. He explained the confusing driver’s license appeal process, referred me to a counselor and helped me complete my petition and supporting documents. Brad prepared me for the hearing and we were successful in getting my full driving privileges back.
After my divorce (which was handled by another attorney), my ex-wife refused to comply with the judgment and left me stuck with her share of debt while she lived in our house that she agreed to sell. After many months of trying to get her to comply, I called Brad and he quickly filed a motion and got the case in front of the judge. Brad got the judge to order the house be listed and sold within a short period of time, and my expenses were paid in full at the closing. Brad was quick but thorough, and worked hard on my behalf.
The attorneys at Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski have become my trusted partner for business advice and litigation. I rely on them for guidance in growing my business. I highly recommend them to any businessperson.
I was driving my semi on I-94 in Jackson County and passing the weigh station in Grass Lake when I was pulled over by the state police. I received 3 tickets including speeding, log book violation and a criminal charge. I found the attorneys at CCB online and called them right away, since I knew I couldn’t appear in court since I drive all over the country. They took my information down over the phone and filed paperwork with the court the same day. They later appeared at my hearing so I didn’t have to miss work, and got my charges reduced to non-moving violations, so that it didn’t impact my CDL or driving privileges.
While I kept putting it off, I knew that I needed an estate plan now that my first child was born. Brad made it a quick and easy process for me and my family. I was relieved to know that I had a plan in place in case of the unexpected.
I was suddenly faced with a divorce that I did not want, but I had no choice. I was devastated and needed help. The attorneys and staff at Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski stepped right in and not only counseled me personally, but filed paperwork with the family court to protect my child custody and support interests. I got the custody arrangement that I wanted and I’m grateful for what they did for me.
I was wrongfully sued by family members for a substantial amount of money they alleged I stole or mishandled from a trust estate. My attorneys believed in me and my innocence, and fought tirelessly to defend the case. They prepared diligently for trial and the case was ultimately dismissed. I couldn't have been happier with their representation, and I owe them a great deal of gratitude.
I was faced with losing my job as a CDL driver after being charged with drunk driving, which carries a mandatory 1-year suspension of a CDL license. My attorney at Curtis, Curtis & Brelinski worked hard and successfully negotiated a reduction that saved my CDL license and my job. I would recommend them to anyone.
I couldn't have gotten through this ordeal without your expertise.
