Philip J. Curtis is the managing attorney of Curtis & Curtis, P.C., which was founded by his grandfather in 1901. He concentrates his practice on a broad spectrum of legal areas that are listed below.

Mr. Curtis represents many businesses in Jackson and throughout mid-Michigan, with an emphasis on transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; sales of businesses and equipment; business reorganizations; succession planning; complex real estate transactions; and employee benefits.

Mr. Curtis received his undergraduate degree from UofM and his JD from Wayne State University Law School. He has been practicing law in Jackson, Michigan since 1970. Mr. Curtis is actively involved in the community, serving as Chairman of the Purple Rose Theatre in Chelsea, Michigan, and on the boards of the Jackson Symphony Orchestra (JSO) and Jackson School of the Arts.
