Jackson Divorce Court Awards Significant Assets to Client in High-Dollar Divorce

Attorney Brad A. Brelinski recently represented a Jackson County, Michigan resident in a divorce with minor children case involving significant assets. The case began with an emergency request for relief from the divorce judge, which was granted and upheld. Mr. Brelinski and his client undertook an extensive pretrial investigation into the financial assets of the opposing party, as the party had essentially been living a separate life. After a thorough review and gathering of information, including discovery practice, our client was awarded the majority of the financial assets of the marital estate, including the entire interest in the marital home. The successful result was not appealed by the spouse.
