JACKSON LANDLORDS WIN EVICTION AND MONEY DAMAGES LAWSUIT

A Jackson, Michigan couple and accidental landlords who were dealing with a nightmare of a problem tenant were referred to us by another Jackson attorney for assistance after they filed the eviction case on their own but faced a challenge from the tenant. Attorney Brad A. Brelinski met with them the same day, filed a motion for summary disposition within a week, and obtained an eviction order shortly thereafter.
