Litigated Real Estate Dispute Involving Adverse Possession and Prescriptive Easements
Our real estate lawyers were retained by clients in Jackson County after they were sued by a number of other neighbors in a small lakeside community. Plaintiffs brought claims related to adverse possession, prescriptive easement, acquiescence, easement by necessity, and money damages claimed in excess of $25,000.00. The case was mediated and resolved to our clients' satisfaction with relatively little expense and fees incurred through tough but persuasive negotiations and creative solutions for the neighbors.
