Missouri Resident Has Criminal Traffic Charge Dismissed

Our office was retained by a Missouri man who was charged with the misdemeanor crime of Driving While License Suspended (DWLS) in Jackson County while travelling on I-94 for business. He was facing the DWLS charge as well as a civil infraction. We obtained information favorable to our client's defense, met with the assistant prosecutor, and convinced him to dismiss the DWLS criminal charge.
